1. What makes ArchWallk products different?

Our shoes and sandals are built on a natural cork footbed that gradually adapts to the shape of your foot, with built-in arch support to reduce fatigue.

2. Is natural cork really comfortable?

Yes. Cork is lightweight, shock-absorbing and moisture-resistant. Over time it molds to your foot: the more you wear your ArchWallk, the more comfortable they become.

3. Are your products suitable for sore feet?

Many of our customers are looking for more comfort for tired or sensitive feet. Our models offer arch support and, on several models, a deep heel cup. They are not medical devices: if pain persists, please consult a health professional.

4. How do I choose the right size?

Our sizes are European (EU), with UK/US equivalents on several product pages. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one. Not sure? Write to us through our contact page before ordering.

5. Which models are available and at what price?

Up-to-date prices are shown on each product page. See our full catalog.

6. Where do you ship? Is shipping free?

We ship to Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 CAD; below that, rates are shown at checkout. See Shipping & Returns.

7. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Transit time depends on your address.

8. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn outdoors and in their original packaging. Email support.archwallk@gmail.com to start a return. Holiday purchases (Nov. 1 to Dec. 24) can be returned until January 15.

9. How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

10. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way: return the item, then place a new order for the right size or colour.

11. Are your materials eco-friendly?

Natural cork is a renewable and biodegradable material. Several models use materials free of animal leather; details are on each product page.

14. Do you have models for wide feet?

Yes: models with adjustable straps (buckle sandals, slides, clogs) work well for wide feet.
